Re: final help

well audiobahn gets bashed around here alot.. i myself dont like it because my friend blew an audiobahn sub when underpowering it.. but you'd want to use the 2 channel mode.. find 2 subs, and each sub would take one channel
now it can run at 1 ohm.. but not that many amps can run cool at 1 ohm.. i say do the 2 ohm thing.. but now u have 2 choices.. which one you pick is really up to you

if you use the 2 ohm mode... then you should buy two kicker comp vr's i had one before.. and i put one more (exactly the same) in my car.. it was LOUD well for my tastes anyways it was almost as loud as my friends RE .HC 12 (@40hz) mine was in a prefabe box but it sounded good anyways.. you would need 2 dual 4 ohm ones.. because with dual 4 ohm you either get 2 ohm or 8 ohm when you're done with the wiring
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...712270910&rd=1
thats the sub u want to get.. check if it it DUAL 4 OHM ok? you'll want 2 of them its the best sub for the price next to an alpine type R

anyways all in all you will need to end up with something like this
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...e/DSC00024.jpg
thats the one my friend had, the one i had was only one side of that

Re: final help

Dont buy a vented box straight from someone, bad idea. Do you have a saw? If so go to home depot, get some 3/4"mdf and we will start building lol.

Re: final help

Don't pay home depot to cut it, they leave a lot of room for mess up

Re: final help

email MarvsPlace@webtv.net Tell him what subs you are putting in a box, ask him if he can make a box for you, tell him you want the optimum box and you dont really know what you are doing. He will probably ask for the size of the trunk etc...
