cb help
Ok I just bought a cb and I need to go ahead and get an antenna for it to have it set up just to plug it in when it gets here. I have an ARB and it will be mounted on one of the top tabs. I need to know what kind of antenna exactly I will need, what mounts am I gonna need and where to order everything. Should I just look in the phone book and find a local cb shop. I know many out there have mounted the antenna in a similar way so someone should know what exactly I need to do.
Thanks. |

most of pnwx uses the non-ground 3ft or 4ft firestick. i used a grounded firestick antenna since its mounted to the metal arb tabs. i'm almost positive the mounts you need for the arb come with the firesticks. one bit of advise, skip the quick disconnects they suck huge ass. the best place i found for cd stuff is http://www.alfenterprises.com/
ask for alvin (the owner), he'll get you exactly what you need.
