Depends on what year you're looking for? Which year are you referring to?

Well, if it was a base SS, it would be rated at 325hp/350tq. In 2001, you could get an upgraded 335 hp version with the SLP dual-dual exhaust package. In 2002, you had the choice of two upgraded exhaust, the dual dual or the center mount exhaust, good for 335 as well, plus it could be ordered with a freer flowing airlid, good for 10 more hp. Therefore, the best you could get would be a 345 hp version in 2002.
My time is in my sig, but the LS1's are good for mid to low 13's out of the box.

ANyway to get that into the low twelve's? Am getting a 2002 SS, and was wondering bout getting it into the mid to low 12's. What kinda costs would be assoiciated with the mods that would be required, and what would those mods be?

On top of what I got, it would take headers, a stall, maybe some new gears, maybe a cam, any one of a number of combinations of things, and a little practice, and you can do mid 12's all day long...
