The 2nd GS was designed in-house, the 1st gen was by the Italians.

I think the difference is a lot between the 97 and below compared to the 98 and above. Two totally different looking cars.

Top-selling....in America. There's an entire world out there where Lexus isn't in the top three. You forgot Audi, Cadillac, Lincoln, Volvo...all in the top tier with the other brands you mentioned. Actually, on a global scale, Audi and Volvo outsell Lexus.

Cadilac and Lincoln are shit made cars, volvo is made good but ugly....only cars of those I respect is an Audi
