I had a 2002 Firebird for 9 weeks and just traded it in for a 2002 T/A WS6.
I was disappointed with the torque from 0-60. I did experience a slight leakage from the driver's side window when it rained. The water collected on top of the rear spoiler and poured into the backseat when I popped the rear. I can't think of anything else at the moment.

Yup, that water on the rear spoiler thing... pretty annoying. Other than that, I can hear air leaking in thru the driver-side door somewhere when I do 70+... as well as a squeaking sound coming from the dash like rubbing 2 pcs of styrofoam together... but then, Pontiac isn't exactly BMW. I still won't trade it in for an M3 though. Actually, I never thought about getting any other high horsepower car other than my WS6.

pop window
yah, mine does this too, just poor functionality design.. However, you buy these cars for looks and performance, not the ability to actually use the pop window...

I've had the same problem and I came up with two different solutions that worked. Here are my suggestions:
I have tinted window and the tint was causing the seal between the t-top and wind to break when it was rolled up. When it rained it leaked. I trimmed an 1/8 of an inch of tint off and haven't had any problems the other fix came from a friend, he had the same problem and figured out that when it leaked he re-installed the t-tops and got a better seal. hope these work for you |
