1996 Cutlass Supreme Seats

My daughter's 96 Cutlass Supreme SL has the dark Grey cloth split bench front seat. The seats do not provide the back support she needs. We have tried some back support devices without much success. I would like to replace her front seat with a pair of bucket seats with a backrest adjustment. Will any of the 1988-1997 Cutlass seats fit her car? Besides seat rails are there any other mods required to fit the seats? Any suggestions on where to pick up a decent pair of black or dark Grey bucket seats? We live in MD. The car is otherwise in great shape with 100K on the chassis, but only 40K on the replaced 3.1L motor. TIA

Consider Grand Prix seats in the same years, maybe even a Buick Regal. I know the GP has a vast choice of seats with the support options you mentioned. Should bolt straight in and will come in similar colors as the Cutlass. The Regal, GP, Monte Carlo / Lumina, and Cutlass are about the same under the skin.

Ebay would be my first choice but check your local junkyards too.

i agree with jmblimo, but try to find seats that have an electric pump for lumbar support (would like to find some too but cant resist my black leather seats )
