It's definitely not a Model A Ford and the hood and grill shape doesn't appear correct for a 1911 Winston 17B. To me it appears to be a Ford Model T.

I certainly wouldn't say a completely different hood shape. The hood shape did change a bit over the years, from sharp angle in the early years ( such as shown here) to more rounded in the 1920's. But I will say that the slope of angled hood sides in your photo does seem to be a bit lower than what I'm finding on even the older Model T's.
