Hello,

after i finished my last project i began with some new stuff.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6331633537376162.jpg

I drill holes in the body because i will put real rivets in it.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3366633032643366.jpg

First i wanted to make only every second rivet, but now i take putty and closed all between them.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6131643531386463.jpg

You can see a part from the stuff that i want to use.

This is the first part.In real im a little bit faster than this pictures here. But i show you all till the last stage.

Second Part:

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3863643239343466.jpg
You can see that im testing different sizes of revets.
The bigger ones are 1mm and the smaller are 0,75mm rivets.
I decieded to use the 1mm rivets. The honda has bigger ones than the Ferrari i build at last.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3762613161353831.jpg

Part three:

What a work with this little rivets!

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6234323138346635.jpg

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6661623734363830.jpg

Now they are all primed and ready to color with TS-7.

Part four:

All the bodywork is now painted with Tamiya TS-7.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3132316537613134.jpg

Tommorow i will paint it with Top-Coat and after that i apply the decals.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6561363834303264.jpg
Thats enough for now.I must do a lot of work with the little parts inside.

Update:

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3834356234353337.jpg

Just added some cable to the breakefluidcans.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3230623531376462.jpg

Now in place with the little cover to open.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6333316265666436.jpg

A little overview of the hole work i done so far.
Not so much, but it will be more and more.

Hello,

after big problems with the Tamiya Decals and Mr.Mark Softer....i put everything in a Dowanol Bath.

Now i spray all again and at the moment it all dry out.
I will make the red stripes and the red sun with masking tape and Tamiya Spray.

While the color is drying i made some little parts.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3761343437303463.jpg

You see the rims with my color creation. The Modellbooklet only says Tamiya Smoke.I deceided to use Gold with some layers of smoke to make it darker.
On my pics the rims look way darker than all colors i have at home.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6133366566306236.jpg

Here is the oilcooler with scratch build parts.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3534346139376239.jpg

I tested to make some weldinglines. But im not quite happy with it.
I used CA glue with Glassbubbles but i think the lines are to thick?

The smaler tank has weldinglines who are made with Tamiya X.16 + Glassbubbles.
They are also not the perfect lines i wish.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3439363164633763.jpg

Finally the finished absorbers.

Some new pics.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6334326662663765.jpg

The red parts are made with Tamiya TS and the black stripes are decals.
The scratchbuilding takes a lot of time, but its worth,i think.
The chassis is now finished, need some time to dry.
I will work now with the engine and there are still some scratch parts to build.

Just another scratch part.

Its a heatprotection between the exhaust and the fuellines.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6165363836313235.jpg

Here is maybee one of the last parts.

The rear brakes.Tamiya did not made full brakes. They only made the parts that can be seen from inside when the rimes are on the car.
I just made my own brakes.
http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6363353632366532.jpg

They dont really look like the original honda ones, but for me they are good enough.

Here it goes......

If made a little step forward.
I began to put the stuff together.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6433313566323932.jpg

A closer shot from the watertank with selfmade weldinglines.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6264396662373365.jpg

In the back i put the rear wheel suspension with a little change to the brakes.
I put some details to the poor tamiyabrake.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6432303562363234.jpg

The shift lever was also changed.I put a 6 course in it.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/6236383430343465.jpg

Thats all for now.More coming soon.

Hi,

the frontsuspension is almost finished.Only the wire has to be made.

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3838623235633631.jpg

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3635616232643062.jpg

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3163366539313638.jpg

http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/73/3980473/3132363337613035.jpg
