Marvel Mystery Oil added to gas

I've always added Marvel Mystery Oil to my gas in older cars and trucks but since I now own a 2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD 6.0 I'm wondering if it'll be a good idea to add it to the trucks gas when I fill up. Or am I asking for problems later on?

I've heard it is good for cleaning injectors once in a while but not all the time...
