Stalled and no start up

5 Day ago started the truck at -30. Drove the truck out of my drive way about 200 feet or so and then it stalled (I drive a 98 F150 Auto 4WD). For the past few days the truck will not crank, battery has juice. Thinking possibly a solenoid problem or starter.

Any ideas where to begin?

It should be fairly easy to troubleshoot if one understands the system. I would start at the relay and jump the proper terminals to see if the starter spins. Kind of strange it quit running and now won't spin over, makes one think you lost contact from the ignition switch. I assume your headlights are good and bright?

Probably a loose or corroded POS or NEG connection. If not have the battery "Load " tested, And if you can start it, check Alternator output. Once you know the battery & connections are good, you can jump the selinoid. Trying to keep you from pulling the starter as the last resort but you may have to in the end.

Starter did not spin and not sure what the ignition switch is all about?

Usually if it is the solenoid or a bad battery it will make a lot of racket rather than just a click when you try to start it. Turn on the headlilghts and engage the starter. Have somebody watch the headlights while you engage the starter. If the lights go out you have a locked up starter. The armature is shorting out the fields. A new unit should get you going.

Been working on the truck all week, and finally came to the conclusion that the motor is busted.
Thanks for all the help every one.
