06-08 Headlight adjusting??

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the headlights?
The manual says to take to the dealer. It looks like there is a special tool like a phillips screwdriver that is about a foot long that inserts through the radiator support to where you can adjust them. The passengers side I can do with a wrench, but the drivers side with the battery is cramped that I cant get to it.

you got it right.
the passenger side has a hole in the frame (front upper tie bar that runs from left to right of engine bay) just like the driver side. Insert the long phillips screw driver into the tiny gears that are part of the housing and turn clockwise or counter-clockwise.
I'd cover one headlight while you adjust the other. You should be about 20-25 feet from a wall so as to gauge where they land. They recommend making them level out to just below the top of someone's rear bumper
