GMC Safari, mechanical problem with rear bench!

I’ve recently bought a 94 GMC Safari with a conversion done by The American Road and seats produced by Wieland. I would like to solve the problem with the motorised rear bench not moving. Having striped it all down I’ve found the plastic worms have worn so need to replace them. I have a problem sourcing them here in the UK as they’re not a GMC part, and The American Road can’t be found on the internet. If anyone can help by pointing me in the right direction to finding them it would be greatly appreciated.
Great forum, I’ve already managed to fix the circuit board on my wiper motor with a little bit of soldering (saving £100 on a new motor). Next thing will be to sort out the heating/AC, also previously described on the forum.

Have you tried searchs for other forums, such as conversion van forums, rv forums, or whatever you can think up to try. There are forums for just about everything, so if you can't find that company, you still might forums that might be able to net you some information, good luck with it.
