A/C short cycling

Hi,
I just got my air conditioner flushed and charged because it was short cycling and jerking my car around every 10 seconds, and now that it's all charged, it's still short cycling. When I turn the A/C on, the compressor stays on for awhile until the air gets nice and cold. Then, it cycles on and off VERY quickly, and I can feel a really irritating jerk when I'm driving every 10-15 seconds. It was about 80˚ outside today, and it was still cycling on and off really quickly. What could be causing this/is this normal?
Thanks!

I'd have the pressure checked to make sure there isn't a blockage of any sort. Next you could have one or more of the following things causing problems: Thermal protection on the compressor clutch could be getting weak, The pressure switch may be going bad or the thermo switch on the evaporator may be going bad.

Okay, I'll keep all that in mind, thanks!
