Crankshaft Pulley/Damper

We have a '92 Pontiac Trans Sport with the 3.1 TBI V6 engine.
Our crakshaft pulley/damper rubber isolation seems to be in bad shape so we need to start looking for a replacement.
After browsing online I haven't found any store (autozone, rockauto, partstrain) that carry this part and I think that I cannot fix the problem by looking for a used part in better shape - the rubber could be just as old as mine and fail.
Do you know any way we can find this part new/remanufactured?
The alternative would be to take it to a shop and weld in a metal bushing instead of the rubber isolation. What are the chances for it to work as good as the original part?

Have you tried calling your local GM dealer?

The local GM dealer in this part of Europe will take 4-8 weeks to bring a non-stock part and charge 12 times it's price. You can easily compare them with your local Mercedes-Benz or VW dealer ;) That's not even an option for me since I can order it online from the States at a fraction of that cost and have it in less then 3 weeks.
The only problem is that I couldn't find it in any of the online stores yet that's why I was thinking about welding in a metal bushing to replace the rubber one. Did anyone tried this or replaced this part recently?

Poking thru the internet, I found this place..have never had any dealings with them, so not sure about anything with them, but they do say they ship international, and list your part

I changed the pulley a few months ago after a mechanic suggested it. However, a new one I bought it here locally is already making the same kind of noise as old one did. This time I gave up on it!
