1999 suburban a/c

I have a 1999 chevy suburban. The front a/c blower is not working but the rear a/c is. I have replaced the relay and the fuse is good, still nothing. Any ideas?

Auto or reg AC controls?
All fuses good?
Have you tested the blower motor with direct power and ground?

I would say to check for power at the front blower motor itself, to determine if front blower motor was operational or not. This is underdash, passenger side.
