I've been looking for it and using the manual, but I cannot find where it is... the manual says there are two... one of them is on the lower portion and the other is a little higher up, but I have to huge fans there and no plugs behind them... so I'm obviously looking at the wrong place. I've looked under the car as well, but that was no help. Anyone know? Thanks!

Common sense says: it got to be at the bottom...

Did you try to download your Camry's service manual at www.camrystuff.com?

Haha, yeah, I figured it was at the bottom... but didn't really know where the bottom was, I guess. I found it though. It was hidden by a shield underneath the car, so I removed that and there the hose and valve were. There's apparently an engine drain plug as well, but that I couldn't find at all, so I just flushed out the radiator and put in the coolant. Thanks though.

For future reference:

For the 4-cylinder engine, the drain plug is on the back side facing the firewall near the middle of the vehicle. For the 6-cylinder, there are two drain plugs - one in front, one in back - also near the middle of the vehicle. They have a square head. You might shoot it with some penetrating oil to help break it loose.
