I believe the car should still be under warranty. I would take it to the nearest Toyota dealership and have them take a look at it.

It's a pretty new model so the electronics will be different. Either the windows are controlled directly through electric motors, meaning that the wiring or switch could be the problem, or they are controlled through what is called a Body Control Module (BCM).
As stated earlier, take it to your dealer and have them look at it under warranty...and please post back what they found out soi that everyone else will know. Welcome to AF and thanks!

First, few of us have maintenence experience on 2008s. Second, as has been stated, any number of things can be causing your problem such as a switch, a controlling device or wiring. The only way to figure out the cause is to take things apart and investigate either visually or using a multimeter. The trouble with that is once you start removing parts you could void the warranty. Take it to your dealership. If the two day wait is the problem, find another dealership who can accommodate you. Is that possible in the Jeddah area? In either case, select the "Factory Service Manual" thread at the top of the forum. You'll find maintenance manuals for your car there.
I visited Jeddah several times 18 years ago while stationed at Taif during the Gulf War. Beautiful city especially along the waterfront. Those visits will always be among my best memories of my stay in Saudi Arabia.
