Need some help with a gap on my lip kit

The lip kit is ABS Plastic. (Grey Part)
The front fascia is fiberglass. (White Part)
As you can see the bottom overhangs a good 2" and there is a gap. How would you guys reccomend bonding the 2 together and reccomend filling the gap?

PS: Don't mind the sawdust... My dad was cutting shelved last night inside the garage... safe to say he now knows why he will NOT be doing that again. As I handed HIM the broom! lol
