I have trouble shot the problem to either the motor in the door or the power window control module. I have already ruled out the switch.
What I want to do is find out the voltage that the window motor uses. If it is the same as the battery in the car, I want to try and bypass everything and run a line to the motor harness and see if the window will go up.
At this point I just need my window up as it is starting to rain a lot here. If anyone has a trick I can use to raise the window, does not have to fix the problem......please let me know.

Should be battery voltage.

Often time a window motor will stick, try taping the motor and it may free up. Of course as always insure you have a good ground.

It ended up being that the motor had died. I pulled the connector and plugged in a buddies spare motor to test it.
I replaced the motor and everything works great now.
