Hello,
Everything was working fine with my 2000 navigator until I took it to get the tires done..unfortunately, the mechanic jacked the car without turning off the air ride...after which the rear dropped...we managed to reactivate and it ran fine for sometime, but would occassionally dropped. Finally it has dropped completely, and there's nothing we can do to get the rear end to rise again, ride is very bumpy, and the CK Susp light is on. Is there anything else that can be done?...I'm just wondering why this problem occured only after the mechanic worked on the tires...and only in the rear..Please help..
