I have just got myself (and the family) a '00 'burban and want to add a couple of "goodies" to make it "mine". I've been looking at taillights and noticed that on some of the listings, it says that the taillights I'm looking at wont fit the "barn-door" models. The 'burban I have has to side-by-side doors that open out to each side, is this the barndoor model? And if it is, what is different about the taillights from the "not" barn door models?? Any help would greatly be appreciated....

Thanks,
'burban newbie

That would be a barn door model.

Your best bet is to ask the supplier, or just order the lights designed for use with barn doors.

and there lies the problem.... the light listings that do make a reference to the barn door models, exclude the bard door application. The rest make no reference to the barn door what so ever. Not even one said "will fit barn door" or "for barn door". I have already sent an email to a couple of suppliers of these taillights and have yet to receive a single response...
