Hello all, today I purchased a 05 Suburban LT. I inserted the Nav Disc and it says error disk is dirty or scratched. Well it is scratchy, im wondering where I can buy a used or cheap replacement disc, any suggestions.
Ive looked on ebay but I dont know what newer models will fit? Also will any GM nav disc work?
Thanks in advance.

I believe that anything up to and including an '06 ('03-'06)will work. An '06 will have the most updated maps (GM Navigation Version 3.0) DVD ROM. Gm went to a different style stereo/nav system for '07-09. Ebay would be my first bet. But I believe that you can talk very sweetly to the young men at your local "stereo" shop (best buy, circuit city, etc.) and get a "copy" very cheap!!!

Thanks for the information. If I go to Best Buy, what do I ask the guy for, is this gps a Tom Tom, magellan etc. brand?
Thanks again.

Refer to edited previous post. The years are '03-'06. All GM "trucks" with NAV should be the same
