Rear heater core replacement

Newbie here...
I have a leak in the rear heater core of my 2005 Voy XL and looking to repair it or replace it and have some questions.

1) How do you disconnect the hoses from the lines going to the rear core?
2) Where can you buy a replacement core?
3) Will adding Bars Stop Leak to the radiator work its way to the back and stop the leak in the rear core?

Any help appreciated.

No Bar's leak here, there is a special release tool for the hose fittings, any parts store should have them, most parts stores and radiator shops can get you a heater core.

I was not sure with the Bars Leak due to previous experiences with it before on my Safari. I have noticed a 2nd leak today somewhere under the overflow bottle when I added a little more fluid and this time taking care not to spill any. Need to wait for a break in the outside temp before I can tear into it.
