Anybody out there have any problems with water gathering at the passenger front seat floorboard side of their civics? I've checked the water level in radiator and it is full and the floorboard water has no sweet smell of antifreeze so I would probably conclude that it is not heater core related. Heavy rain over the weekend I'm sure contributed to this.Just need to know of any locations where water could come in at,other than the obvious. And no the windows and or sunroof was not open, and all the doors were completly closed.Any help would be great!! This was alot of water-it covered entire passenger floorboard area.
Thanks

Check for rust holes... or a hole in your water bottle.

Have you checked the windshield molding around the windshield? My 00’ EX had a leak there what would result in a wet passenger side floor.

Have you had a windshield replacement lately? The molding around the glass is cosmetic only, if theres a pin hole in the urethane bead it will leak into the car. Rust along the pinchweld will cause leaking in time also. Any well established glass shop will do a leak test, usually for free but if you have a compressor handy and some soapy water you can do it yourself. Make the water really suddsy and poor it around the entire windshield. Then from the inside, use a air nozzle and spray air around the entire perimeter of the shield and look for the soapy water to bubble outside. If you do it youself be carefull around the headliner, if your air nozzle comes in dirrect contact with the cloth you can blow a hole threw it.

That already happened to my uncle once
