94 3.1 6cyl, head gasket (possibly?)

Hey all, well a while back ago i was driving on the highway, and my coolent light would come on, so i parked at walmart, got the stuff, filled the resevoire, and continue on my way. The next day, like only 10 hours later i start the car. My coolent light is on again!!

So i fill it up again and my temp guage starts getting a little crazy, id be idle and it would slowly go up. anyway, i drive for a while and my temperature guage is extremly hot!

So i go and turn around going back home, and my car starts smoking. this is where my problem is.. i let the car sit for like 3 months now, i go out and look it over a few times, well i discovered my oil looks like a really light brown....

So, i dont know whether its a cracked block, blown gasket, yadda yadda.

Anyone have any suggestions? I saw this stuff called Steel Seal, and its apparently some liquid that when its in, and you run your car at like 1000rpms it will seal your gasket, warped head, cracked block..

But im unsure if thats actually whats wrong with it.. so.... help please? heh..

if the oil is milky i would say you got a bad head gasket or cracked or warped head
