I usually do ALL of my parts purchases through oreillys but on monday i went to oreillys to buy some parts for my fathers jeep and my buick trans mounts for the buick and sway bar end links and frame bushings for the jeep, oreillys didn't have either. So i went across the road to advance they had everything i needed (supposedly) i told them the size of the bushings i needed and got them walked out happy, until i got home the trans mounts they got me were not even for my car and i had to go back 3 damn times for the frame bushings and it all comes down to this: my car still has broken transmission mounts, and my dads jeep finally has the right bushings for it after having to drive in total of 213 miles back and forth between the parts store and home.

like i said SCREW ADVANCE!!! yeah the'll keep the wheels turning, back and fourth from the parts store.

well i drove my motorcyle to the parts store all 3 times thats the only thing i cant complain about is the fact that i was saving gas but still nonetheless burning 4.11 a gallon over their fuck ups i told them a 1990 buick century limited 3.3L engine 3 spd w/od trans trans mounts and they gave me motor mounts for a 93 regal 3.8, i told these pricks 26mm swaybar on the jeep they gave me 24 the first time, 28 the second time and finally hit the nail on the head the third time. i just gave up on the transmission mounts for the buick and returned them for a few dollars and a knock sensor and now my freaking fuel pump locked up, i've tested all of the electrical from the relay to the tank and it's perfect, damn will i ever stop sinking money into cars. first my camaro now this..............FUCK!!!!!

Always bring the old part in with you. It's not just Advance, they all do it. They work off of a book (or computer screen) that gives them the wrong info.

Word to the wise, take the part in whenever you can, match it up to what they give ya. Advance isn't the only shop that gets it wrong at times.
