Years ago, I had a Clicking Sound from Passenger Floorboard. It has returned. It seems to have returned due to lack of useage. ??? Anyway - I did realize that when I change the A/C blower from top vents to the defroster, it stops... In the past, I thought it was the computer. Any thoughts? Thank you.

Most likely it's the electic motor for the recirculation "door" or flap; the gears are slipping. This is pretty common on these vehicles. If you want, you can unplug the wire connector when it's in the configuration you want it to be...
Yes, I've had this happen..

When it clicks, stick your head underneath the dash and look/listen for it. Oh yeah, don't do that while the Sub is moving, put into PARK. Costs about $200 to have a mechanic install a new one; switches from RECIRC to outside air. If you don't need both functions (like you're not in the hot desert), having outside air year round might be fine for you.

Thanks - but you're late on the advice - I tried it while driving and in reverse going 60mph.
Seriously - I checked it before posting the Q and was unable to determeine whether the sound/vibration was coming from the kickpanel or behind the glovebox. I checked my Haynes manual and did not see any info - but will research after I make this post
I also think you are spot on with the recirculation, as I see the recirc light stays on whether it is pushed in or out - so I guess it could be the switch as well?? I wil check out and appreciate your input.
