blowing powder door lock fuse on 1996 1500 conversion

Hope fully I can get some help on this subject. Recently my 96 converstion van is blowing it's power lock fuse. The circuit leg has the power locks, the curtisy light(aka dome light when door is open) and powder seats on it. I do have a professionally installed viper alarm that locks and unlocks the doors by remote. I have had the alarm as long as I have had the van about 4 years. All wires to and from alarm are clean and free of shorts. I installed a 25 amp breaker fuse in the slot, instead of constantly blowing fuses. Problem started about a month ago, It was intermitten working for a few days that just blowing for a day or two. Then I would put it back and it would work for a few more that blow again. Now it is just a dead short and wont work at all. I checked all door actuaters and lock switches and wiring around panels, every thing looks clean. Disconnected power door relays, and powder seats and still getting short. But only on that leg. Any Ideas from anyone? Any help would be great. This is very frustrating. Thanks

Best to get a good wiring diagram and start disconnecting until you find it.
Some Tool /parts places have short finding tools.
A good clamp over or touch/lay on wire amp meter will also help lead to short.

It seems the problem ended up being a pinched power wire somewhere behind the firewall, between the left and right front doors power locks. I ended up taking it to my alarm installer and they cut the original lead and jumped it with a new power lead. Seems taking the entire dash and such out would have been to costly. So far so good. Lets cross our fingers and hope it lasts. Thanks for the advice!!
