1987 Suburban Oil Pressure switch

I dont know where the oil pressure switch is on the block. Its a 350 TBI.

Should be at the rear of the engine, driver's side near the dist.

My 1988 5.7 TBI Suburban actually had TWO oil pressure sending switches. One was near the distributor, and that one worked the idiot light on the dashboard. There was also a different one underneath near the oil filter which worked the oil pressure gauge.

Interestly, and so GM, my FACTORY manual (1988 Suburban-only) got it wrong, listed the one near the distributor as being for the gauge, and no mention at all of the one underneath by the oil filter. Of course, my issue was the one near the oil filter, and the repair book actualy was a bottleneck in me finding that to repair it.
