03 easy cruise installation=

on a differant forum there,s alot of discussion about how to easily install cruise very cheapy on 2003 pontiac vibe and i assume matrix. i searched this forum to see if it was discussed for 2003 corolla. anyone know anything about it. with the vibe it,s something like $45. unbelievable,but true !
