Anyone recommend somewhere to find body parts such as a hood and a trunk lid?

Good sources for these parts are Hemmings Motor News, a monthly publication that carries both private ads and those of a commercial nature for salvage yards and aftermarket companies. www.hemmings.com
You also might want to check www.car-part.com . The way this site works is you enter your vehicle's info in the search boxes and the part you are looking for. You then get a results page listing all the salvage yards in their database that have this part. The results list the name of the yard, location, and most of the time condition, color and price. You can refine your results to those yards closer to your location, and some yards may even ship some parts.
