Roadmaster--no spark..HELP!

I am trying to fix my 1996 Buick Roadmaster with the V8.

It just turns over forever and never starts. I put a fuel guage on it and turned the key on and the pressure went up to 40lbs. I put a ignition tester on the spark plug and it barely lit up when it turned over. I put a new igntion control module on it and it didnt help. I put the ignition tester back on the spark plug and turn it over, and cant see any light whatsoever....

Any tips, advice, help????

Thanks!

Derek

Anyone know of a way to test the coil and/or distributor?

I have a couple of online sites bookmarked for reference that deal w/ the Optispark, maybe you could find an answer in one of these links.
