Since this is the stress release topic, What do you do to blow off steam? I usually get drunk or yell or beat the crap out of something with a big hammer. The reason I ask it because a trainee at work. He is so annoying. I would like to beat the crap out of him.
Company policy = "Hit or be hit, your both fired". Thats been burning in my head forever. I kinda need a job right now, but I am willing, just so he gets canned too....:evillol:
I tried my usual stress release stuff....What works for you guys/gals?

I usually go and stick a sewing needle through a few packets of unopened condoms. And if that doesn't cheer me up, I make a pipe bomb.

So if some co worker walked up and punched you in the face you would be fired? that sounds like a bad deal

But if he punches HIMSELF in the face, only he gets fired. :evillol:

Yes and yes. They have a zero tolerance policy for fighting.

If I get hit, I have a favorite rachet, whoever WILL have several imprints when I am done..:evillol:

I hear that  That's probably my favorite, if I get drunk I usually end up getting even angrier and then do something stupid. I also like blowing stuff up, hitting the punching bag, or going to the shooting range. Of course, for stress release, I take my .22 just so I don't get any ideas about stopping anywhere else on the way home.

If you beat the crap out of him outside of work, I assume they can't fire you? That's what I'd do. You could also just do a bunch of little things to piss him off and hopefully he quits. Stuff like welding his car doors shut (just need a car battery and jumper cables, it's not a pretty weld, but it'll work in a pinch), removing a wheel and siting it on the roof of his car and then install a locking lug nut on the wheel-less hub.

If there's another guy there you dont like, tell him that the first guy is sleeping with his wife/girlfriend and hopefully he goes and punches the first guy and you get two problems solved :)

I had a good one of some of the stupid stuff he screwed up, but got timed out.
Like the steering wheel and shaft he stripped out using a slide hammer on. He spend nearly 7 hours screwing it up and then turned a parts list in to quote the customer.
Him trying to convince the foreman it wasn't his oil and filter in the pan that was left in the waste oil room. It was off his car....when was the last time you seen walmart "super tech" filters for big trucks? Never! (not to mention you could fit probably 6 or 7 honda sized filters in one of our filters)
Him asking if he should reprogram an ECM because the ECM was bad, and asking how to get information out of an ECM that had a big @$$ hole in the case.
Him knowing the difference between 2 stroke and 4 stroke but "can't describe it"
It wouldn't be bad if he realized he doesn't know anything and stop argueing about the answers you give when he asked you.
And stop talking s#!t about other people (not me yet, I'd be fired :evillol: ) that screw up or forget something, (like zip ties or hose clamps) when he was the one that left a connecting rod loose (not torqued) and wasted the block...new engine AND NO core about $17k our cost, plus labor, a tow bill (from PA) ...
I'd like to set him on fire and put him out with a chainsaw. RAHHHH!!!

Honestly, if splitting wood dont relieve my stress, then I resort to sex, tokin, and booze....though I use the later even if my stress is relieved from pounding wood

Holy crap J-Ri, remind me never to piss you off... your scary... :runaround: :iceslolan

I love your ideas though. Many things you can do. Icy hot in his coffee, itching powder in his shoes... Silent revenge is great and usually hard to get caught at if you do it right.

As for blowing off stress, music - LOUD music and exercise. Sweat it out.

I'm actually one of the nicest guys anyone will ever meet... until someone pisses me off. It has to be something done intentionally though, if someone screws up I just let it go. And believe it or not, I'm much more mellow than I was at 16, hopefully this trend will continue. I've done enough stupid things that I regret now.

I work out or I drive... due to gas mileage I work out more often because the drive is just random places on whichever roads and highways I choose as I go along and then buy a map to get home once I'm in a state that I've never been in and can't even remember how I got there.

I sleep, play poker, go swimming, drive fast, watch sports and occasionally beat up midgets with one leg, bad vision and speech impediments.

I usually just let it go. Sometimes I drink. Once to prevent fighting someone I hit the door of my 89 Suburban, caved the door in and shattered my hand.

Normally I just let it go.
