Can I add a larger size tranny cooler on my 2000 grand am? will I be able to pull one fourwheeler behind it? Thanks

Yes, you can, if it's an automatic. If it's an automatic, I wouldn't be pulling a trailer with it. :2cents:

These transmissions are not designed to pull anything!
Hardly handle the car its self... :disappoin
A trans cooler can also damage your trans is it doesnt get up to operating temps, 195-215 deg. Running cooler will cause slippage/damage.

Im wondering if my 2000 GA with the 2.4 engine with an automatic transmission would be able to pull a small trailer with one fourwheeler or a snowmobile on it? Would that tranny last if I used it only in 3rd? Thanks

Have you even looked under your 2000 GA ?
You have to clear the muffler when you mount the hitch, it would have to drop 6-8 inches from the frame/body to clear the rear bumper. Not a good idea. :shakehead:
