keyless entry not working

My wife and I bought a 2005 Magnum about a month ago. Two weeks later it stranded her and the baby 2 hours from home. The security system brain and the key were bad according to the dealership. Both were replaced. Yesterday the keyless entry stopped working with the new key. The car will start but the doors will not lock or unlock. Has anyone else had this problem?

Call your dealer, A tech memo just came out on this. They should replace a module on this? I saw the memo on this but the Magnum was NOT mentioned? Can't hurt to ask?

Take the key apart and look at the battery holder. I just bout an 05 magnum also and both of the keys the dealer gave me stopped working in less than a month. The solder on the battery holder doesnt hold well and it comes lose making your buttons useless due to the lack of juice. kinda shitty huh. Im not confident enough in my soldering to try to reattatch it though.
