Engine light comes on when i hit 25-30 mph ?

I got a 1990 Integra and I just fixed my main relay and my and Ignition Control Module, any ideas why it comes on? other than that it seems to be running fine now. it was parked for a couple of weeks cuz it wasn't running. now that its fixed the light comes on when i hit 25-30mph- and stays on. but it won't come on if i keep it under 25?? wtf?

possible plugged egr system aka egr valve not opening. on our passenger kick panel pull that off be careful it snaps in and you should see a 2p connector and take a piece of wire and stick it in the connector should be green and then turn the key on to the on posistion dont start the car and the cel should blink like one long time and one short time is 11

ok tried that, but the check light doesn't blink at all when I do that.I know the key needs to be in the ON position- does the car need to be running? I read my manual and it really doesn't say shit about the check engine light coming on.

ok try this when the cel comes on pull the car over and jump the connector dont turn the car off because u will erase the code the way its supposed to work is when the cel comes on thats when you try to retrieve the code also the light that comes on will be the blinking light and in this case leave the car on but normally its just supposed to be in the on position so drive the car and make the light come on then go back home or wherever and short the connector and count the blinks make sure you dont confuse them like i said 1 long and 2 short equals 12 and in between them if theres a long pause then theres more then one code otherwise it will keep repeating itself over and over
