and other similar sites. Here comes www.juicycampus.com . This site recently made it's debut and has already started causing problems. On this site, students can post other students most privately held secrets, such as whose pregnant, who had a venereal disease, and other secrets anonymously. Guess people better watch out who they confide in :smokin: .

Dumb. To be honest I don't really give two s**ts if someone posts something "private" about me. If someone does not like something about me, I really don't give a rat's ass. There are already soo many people, people you would never even guess, who talk behind your back that I just don't care what people "have to say." F**k em'

That website is a waste, I read like 3 posts and it took me back to middle school. I know I post a bunch of retarded stuff, but COME ON! "how big is your hard on" and "post who farted" does not make good reading......

A Facebook for high schoolers. Even though they opened Facebook to everyone the appearance of high schoolers and general people has been nil not to mention allt he college groups and stuff were already made so if was easy to ignore. This is a lot more specific to the younglings.

Still, I like MySpace, very personal and fun although mine just sits there now since I have a new site for my photos. Facebook is fun to keep in touch and I've noticed used more by my friends. MySpace is pretty much just family that has one.

I would hae to start lying about to people to see. THis place will get closed for libel in two seconds.

now everyone has a right to their own opinion, but how fucking narrow minded can you possibly be?

how does my opinion of myspace have anything to do with how narrow minded i am? jesus im probably one of the least narrow minded persons in the world. myspace isnt inherently wrong, it just sucks for what it has created in our society.

I don't disagree, but we could say the same about teh intarwebz. Look at the lack of real live personal contact in society these days. People sitting around banging away on keyboards and creating avatars in WoW or, text messaging on cells while walking and driving , oblivious to their safety and those around them. :frown:

Relax, I'm just bustin' on ya. :smokin:

im mainly referring to the fact that myspace lets people create alternate personalities and identities, not at all rooted in anything to do with reality. and anyone who views this as important is narrow minded and truly lacking in intelligence and personality. myspace wont make up for your shortcomings, kids. the internet and text messaging are not the same. like cars/planes/phones/ect. they let people get information and connect over long distances. but they dont attempt to substitute for reality like myspace does.

I think facebook and myspace have good parts, like keeping up with friends that you would otherwise never see, but its too easily abused. For most of the people who use them however, they are good sites.

 Nice!

The only way what someone says about you can be a bother is if you put any value in their opinion. Frankly, there aren't that many people who have an opinion I care to hear :icon16:
