88 alltrac project car need advice

i have an 88 alltrac turbo with the st165 frame and my engine and everything barely runs and i payed a grand for it but im going to make this thing a beast and i was going to get either an st185 3sgte or an st202 which is better or easier to put in

sorry i ment the st205 but some say its better to get the st185 can anyone help on my desicion
