Hi,
I drive 99 Saturn SL1. Its wipers're working normal. But when I depress column switch, washer fluid doesn't come out of the nozzle. I also don't hear any pump noise. But only during rainy days irrespective of season (summer or winter), it starts coming out of the nozzle on depressing column switch. It works for few days and then again stops. I've already replaced the washer pump with a new one. But I'm still facing the same problem.
Thanks for reading this. Please help me out.

does it work when its warm out?
windshielf washer fluid is made of water and alcohol. the alcohol is there so the fluid doesnt freeze in the winter. however it evaporate alot faster than water. sometimes a little bit of fluid is left in the squirter gizmo. the alcohol evaporates and the water freezes in the nozzle. try pouring some warm/hot water over the nozzles and see if that allows them to squirt the washer fluid. if it does then thats your problem. if it doesnt, then you may have a clogged hose.
pretty sure you have another thread with the same issue:runaround:
