What transmission do I have?

I have a 1997 K2500 4x4 with an auto box on the back of a 454 votec engine. The hi/low etc. is push button on the dash. What transmission is it? and are they the same as the 350 engined variety?

You have a 4L80E

The 5.7 comes with a 4L60E transmission in that year vehicle.
