Left hand side AD'S not HOT (Resolved)

I understand the reason for incorporating ads into the website. Bills have to get paid etc.. However, I'm really not digging the ad on the left hand side of my screen. Irritating and irrational location. Crunches up everything important to the right. If we must have it I suggest moving it underneath, not on left or right side.
And, I thought premium members didn't have to look at them. Has that now been thrown out?
That is all.

Just curious, what resolution are you on?
No, premium members don't see it. Are you on the right style?

Igor, I'm a premium member and see it only on the starting pages. However when I click into a forum I do not see it. Everything is fine, just when you first come to AF and click into your section.
I should say it's not a huge nuisance, but just throws things off. Otherwise when I am into the forums I don't see it.
I'm running Firefox browser with 1024 x 768 screen resolution.
Replying to you here does not show the ad. While I'm "in" the forums, no ad, just at the entry and selection of AF. Again, it's not a real big deal, just thought if it could get moved it would be better.
You know, change, takes a bit to get used too. LOL
Thanks for your reply!

By starting page you mean http://www.automotiveforums.com right?
The left side ad has always been there and the homepage is a static page without login interactivity.

I usually don't hit my book mark with the link you provided. This is where I start:
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/index.php
Then I hit the Auto Art and see it(the ad) then I hit Car modeling and see it.
It was not their last week. Those are the only times I see that ad. When I click into, say, Completed projects I don't see the ad. Only when I click back out and look at the other topics in Car Modeling will I see it again, otherwise if I click a topic it wont be there.
Like I said, not a big deal. Just thought it could be move on top or bottom.

The Premium Style does not display the tower ads on the left or the top, or the bottom. There are no ads in the premium style on the pages you are referring.

Igor,Thanks for your work. After you mentioned premium style I realized I was not in that mode.
When I went through my computer last week I had to re-sign into all the sites I visit and it must have reverted back to the standard mode. I went back to premium style and viola, no ads.
Sorry to have troubled you.
Thanks
Chris
