I know not many of you do lowriders but were are they all? I only found one other car site with a model thread, its on www.layitlow.com, full address is http://www.layitlow.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=18&t=20043&st=15 . Even if you dont do lowrider models I suggest you look through this thread, some very awesome chopped models, nearly all have hydros and alot have seperate body panels ie bonnet boot ute tray etc etc, some great looking stuff! And theres also http://www.layitlow.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=18&t=27451 it takes imagination to build lowriders, not just skills.

I have a friend that has made a ton of lowrider models, lowered them, wire wheels, sound systems, all kinds of crazy crap, I'll have to see if I can get some pics someday.

not here to offend people but I only find a few lowriders that are very nice, but i see too many with fuzzy interior that just ruin the car. Nice and clean is how I like them. But when you start seeing the fuzzy dice that just have to go.

Yeah... lowrider models are sweet... I just stocked up on subs, batteries, hydrolic pumps, and got some 20" daytons.
I plan on putting them on a AMT reviera model that I got for 10$ from my friend... I just want to finish my celica before I start with it.
I am going to open the trunk and put hydro pumps, batteries, and turn the back seat into a sub enclosure... and make to hood, and maybe the doors open in all funky ways! :D

That looks sweet! I love Montes, the one in Trainging Day is awesome! Wish I could get those photo etched club plaques, especially some gold ones. I'm going to do a huge project near the end of this year of a stretch 64 Impala limo with hydros in it. I might try to make a replica of the limo I might get to the formal this year, thinking about going in a Cadillac. I need to get to the US, I really want all those sweet lowrider things like huge wheels, club plaques, hydros & all that.

Its not being built so much as a lowrider, but with supremes and a slammed stance i supose you could consider it as a lowrider!
