Do youplan on putting an MSD on there? If so, don't sweat the internal to external, just get your MSD and put the external coil. I had the same thing happen and when my coil burnt out, we replaced it and it was almost 300 bucks, and then 2 months later I ended up putting and MSD on and found that it was just as easy to buy the external coil for 50 bucks and hook it up. So I kinda wasted money from the get go. I still have my internal coil, let me know if you still need one, if its the same one, I would be happy to sell it to you, as it just sits in my box of excess parts.. importracer151@earthlink.net. As far as the wiring of the external distributor, its too easy. The wiring of the engine and the ECU, it is helpful to have the pin-outs of the ECU, you can request these from Honda, it may cost a few bucks, but it beats guessing.. Good Luck
