01 suburban can't find leak

I have a 01 Sub that is very slowly leaking antifreeze. I have looked everywhere and can only see a little drip on the bottom of the car and can not trace it to a hose or anything. Does anyone know if the 5.3's have the same problem with the intake leaking as the 5.7?

Thanks,

It's not a common problem, but that's not to say that one couldn't leak.

Pressurize the cooling system, you should see something.

Intake gasket is leaking slightly and the coolant is dripping down the valley and then down the back of the engine and trans. You can see it with a flashlight from the wheelwell. Be very careful about just adding more coolant. If any is getting into the engine and burning, you will be getting "bad cataly$t" codes soon. Pulling the intake and replacing the gaskets with the new style and using the new torques is easy, but be sure to check the wires on the knock sensors while you're in there. There's a TSB involving silicone, etc . Your 2001 is about ready to throw those codes too. Good luck.
