Hello
I have a 94 burb and the intermitent wipers have gone crazy. They work when they want to whether it is raining or not.
I bought a new wiper circuit board, but do not know where it is located.
Can anybody help with the location of this circuit board?

If yours is like my 97 Suburban, it's inside the wiper motor housing under the hood. Remove the 4 torx screws and unplug the connector to remove the board. Look for cracked/broken solder joints where the connector is mounted on the board. These were notorious for having bad solder joints. You can probably touch these up if you have a soldering iron and resin core solder and fix your problem without replacing the board. That's what I did on mine.
Good luck...

Easy to fix. I did it. It works.

Indeed you can buy the circuit. However the problem is most of the time with broken solder connection on that circuit. Remove the circuit, and carefully solder again all connections specially those leading to the wire connector, and you can be back with normal wipers for 0$.
