I have a 96 Suburban that wont start it turns but just doesnt get a spark to start. I replaced the plugs to see if that was the problem but no luck.

Where/how did you check for spark?

As far as I know just the plugs have been checked for spark

Try using a spark tester. At atmospheric pressure, it doesn't take much voltage to jump .060", but at 150 PSI it takes much more voltage because the air is denser and becomes a better insulator.
You could also use a timing light to check if the actual plug is sparking while in the cylinder and cranking.
If you determine there is no spark, check the crankshaft position sensor.
