Dash lights on xedos

Hi, the abs and tct lights are on, the abs with the ignition and the tct after moving about 10 yards, this was an intermittent fault but now it happens all the time, I have just noticed that the front brake pads are very low, could this be causing the problem? or is that wishful thinking
