Krylon actually has some pretty decent paints, but the "fuzion" line is for painting stuff like chairs, and plastic planters that will see some abuse, and exposure to elements, it also leaves a texture that is nearly impossible to remove.
Regular Krylon paints though, work fine for modelling. They spray pretty well (if it's a NEW can) and flow out nicely. Their glosses are quite glossy, but if you are going to clear them, I'd stick with the same brand, due to incompatablility issues. Or just "spoon test" them (if you don't know what a spoon test is, just search for it on this site, it will clear it right up) to see if paints are compatable.
