just wondering if a 99 GT tranny would fit in my 99 se
without any wiring problems... and under any kind of braking
even normal braking have very bad vibration and shaking
all over the car dont think its just a warped rotor..
any help would be appreciated

Yes the trans are the same, 4t40e and the GT has the 4t45e.
On your braking issue, I would say you have a warped rotor.
Could even be you lug nut torq is over tightened.
They should be torqed to 100 FT LBS, if they are to tight it can warp the rotors.
Also make sure the front calipers are sliding correctly when the brakes are inguaged.

A bad tire will fool the heck out of you when braking. Check each tire thoroughly for bulges or signs that the tread may be separating. Measure the height of each and the horizontal distance accross the center of the rim to check for out of round tires. I have seen this happen MANY times.
