I got a dumb question about jacking up the rear of my 2WD burb. I recently removed the rear parking brake shoes after I discovered the great design of this system (how many people have seen this?).
Now that I don't have a parking brake, I am concerned about jacking up the burb when it is in my driveway that has a slight incline. Jacking up the front is not a problem because the burb is in PARK and it won't role. However, when I jack up one the rear wheels, it wants to move. I immediately drop the burb so it does not continue to move.
The question is, will the burb still continue to move or is it just moving until the slack in the gears is gone and the transmission will hold the burb in place. You can imagine that I do not want to find out the hard way by having my 6000lb car rolling down my driveway on top of my floor jack.
